New Insurance Enquiries and Placement:
- On site meeting (or in-depth phone calls if not practical), to establish a thorough understanding of your business and identify the key risks that need to be insured, formulate a ‘Needs Analysis’ tailored to your business based on your objectives, budget limits and future service expectations.
- Preparation of tender submissions and supporting documents to be provided to Insurers, including site surveys, risk reporting and management procedures, financial statements etc. Submissions will set out specific requirements for the insurance including policy limits, excesses and clauses required as identified in our Needs Analysis.
- We will identify and approach multiple Insurers suitable for your insurance requirements and arrange quotations with each.
- We will present you with a report with all the detail of your proposed insurance program. This will include:
- A summary of the market conditions and business environment impacting on the insurances for your industry/ business including details of the various Insurers approached and premiums quoted by each.
- Make recommendations on which Insurers/ products we believe are best suited for your needs taking into consideration factors such as costs, product coverage including quality of Insurers claims and service standards.
- Identify any potential gaps in the insurance cover and highlight ways to manage/ limit these exposures.
- Make recommendations on ways to simplify/ streamline future administration of insurances including future policy reviews, changes and claims handling.
- If you choose to proceed with our insurance quotations and recommendations, we will confirm your instructions in writing including any changes requested to the quotes previously provided and premiums agreed.
- We will issue the new insurance documents including tax invoices, policy documents and all other supporting information in a timely manner.
- Provide quotations for Premium Funding (a loan that allows payment of the premiums due by way of monthly direct debits) where required. The loan quotation will clearly state the number of installments due, monthly amounts to be paid and interest rates and fess applicable to the loan.
- Provide assistance in completing all further documents such as Proposal Forms required by the Insurer and settle payment of premiums in order to complete the insurance placement.
- We commit to contacting you at least 30 days prior to your policy renewal date in order to complete a review of the insurances and obtain updated information regarding your business activities and changes required to the insurance program, policy covers and sums insured. We will also re-market the insurance where required to make sure that your policy premiums and cover remain competitive.
