Claims Handling

We provide a full claims management service for all policies that are placed through pour brokerage at no additional charge.  This service will include:

• Initial phone call to discuss circumstances of incident and details required to lodge a claim and what further action is required.  We will also provide guidance on wat you should expect and limitations or benefits that apply under the insurance policy.
• We will notify the new claim with Insurers and assist with completion of claim form and other supporting information required to progress your claim.
• We will negotiate with any third parties involved in the claim on your behalf.
• Provide assistance and regular updates on claim progress following discussions with Insurers, Loss Adjusters and Repairers.
• Provide assistance in negotiating settlements/ payouts from Insurers.
• Process all payments (including part/ progress payments where necessary) from Insurers in a timely manner.
